Last updated: April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moe Harris Heating And Air website and our HVAC services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
Moe Harris Heating And Air provides residential and commercial HVAC services including but not limited to heating and cooling system repair, installation, replacement, maintenance, and tune-ups in Georgia. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and geographic coverage.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Any estimates or quotes provided — whether online, by phone, or in person — are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change upon on-site inspection. Final pricing will be presented and agreed upon before any work begins. We are committed to transparent, honest pricing with no hidden fees.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. We reserve the right to charge a service call fee for repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Emergency service appointments are subject to immediate scheduling and may carry additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing prior to the service date. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
Labor performed by Moe Harris Heating And Air is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. Parts and equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and may vary. Warranty coverage is void if the equipment is tampered with, improperly maintained, or damaged due to causes outside of our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Moe Harris Heating And Air shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delay in service provision. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of HVAC equipment or property.
7. Access and Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to HVAC equipment, utility shutoffs, and areas of the property where work is to be performed. Moe Harris Heating And Air technicians reserve the right to decline or halt service if working conditions are deemed unsafe.
